The origin of the sight, or optical sight, is difficult to verify. It is said that at least in Europe in the 16th century, someone tried to fix spectacle lenses on the butt. There are written records that before the 19th century, there were telescope-type sighting devices on firearms that could be used for sighting in low light conditions. The sight can be divided into holographic sight, inner red and green dot sight and laser sight.
